The Surgery is open:
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm
Saturday – 8.30am – 12 noon
Consultation is by appointment only. Please
telephone before attending the Surgery to make an appointment. If you
are unable to keep your appointment please telephone the Surgery to cancel
it. This allows someone else to attend in your place. In an emergency
please contact the Surgery between 8.30am and 6pm. Male and female
Doctors are usually available.
Dr Urquhart consults on a
Monday, Tuesday morning, Wednesday and Friday
Dr Chancellor consults on
a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning
Dr Alexander consults on a
Monday, Tuesday morning, Thursday and Friday
Dr Macdonald consults on
a Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning, Thursday and Friday morning
Outwith the hours 8.30am –
6pm, if you have a medical emergency, you can call NESSDOC on 222299.
(You will normally be asked to attend the NESSDOC Centre unless you are
medically unfit to do so.) NHS 24 now handles all the calls to this
number and they will assess the urgency of your call and advise on the
appropriate action.

advice and can be contacted on 08454 24 24 24
If you require a
HOME VISIT please telephone the
Surgery before 10am to request this. The Receptionist will ask for some
information about the problem, so that the Doctors can prioritise their
visits. It is appreciated if a patient can attend the Surgery.
