advice and immunisations
Asthma
and diabetic clinics
Specialised nurse led clinics are run each day.
Patients may receive letters from the Surgery asking them to attend for
particular clinics.
District and Community Nursing
District and Community
Nurses are employed by the Primary Care Trust and are attached to the
Surgery in order to provide a nursing service to those members of the
community that require to be nursed in their own homes. If you need to

Health
Visiting
Mrs Pam Gasking, our
Health Visitor, delivers a programme of developmental checks and
immunisations for children from birth until school age. If your child is
due any immunisations or development checks then please make an
appointment to see Mrs Gasking at her Wednesday clinic. For any other
advice from the Health Visitor please telephone 01463 792301.
Physiotherapy
The Surgery has an attached physiotherapist, Miss
Lorraine Geddes who provides physiotherapy services on the premises.
Referrals can be made to this service by your GP.
Community Psychiatric Nursing
The Surgery has three
attached Psychiatric Nurses – Mr Sam Smith, Mrs Angela MacLeod and Elinor
Moore. Mr Smith and Mrs MacLeod provide a service on the premises and
referrals can be made to this service by your GP. Elinor Moore
specialises in working with the elderly and, therefore, works primarily in
the community.
