Flu Immunisations

The practice had good stocks of flu vaccinne in the surgery and anyone entitled to a flu jab under the NHS (including the Over 65s and any patient in the "as risk" category which includes active asthmatics and patients with respiratory disease, heart, lung and kidney disease, diabetics, unpaid carers and those with a suppressed immune system) can make an appointment with the health care assistant.

The surgery is not routinely immunising healthy children against flu following advice from both the Scottish Health Department and NHS Highland’s Public Health Department. This includes immunisation for HINI (otherwise known as Swine Flu)
