Consultation is by appointment only for both the GPs, Practice Nurse and Healthcare Assistant. Therefore, please telephone beforehand to make an appointment.

Appointments are available each day with our GPs and Practice Nurse and we provide early morning appointments and appointments over the lunch time period on certain days of the week.

The Healthcare Assistant provides appointments on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and she should be consulted for blood tests, blood pressure checks, height and weight measurements and ECGs.

The surgery has both male and female doctors.

In an emergency or if you have an urgent medical problem during our opening hours please call 01463 793400. The receptionist will take some details from you, offering an appointment or GP telephone advice where appropriate. Please note that we cannot guarantee which doctor you will see if you require urgent medical care.

Patients who request to be seen within 48 hours, with appropriate clinical need, will be directed to a member of our healthcare team. This may be by way of telephone or face-to-face appointment.
